How is the crew billed?
Staffing runs $250 per hour and includes setup, live operation, and teardown — so the hours on the quote reflect the full day, not just the printing window.
Is there a travel fee?
Local events in Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego have no travel fee. Outside that radius adds a $900 travel fee, and nationwide programs are quoted case by case.
Why isn't there a flat price?
