Everything that fits on a truck

On-site printing services, built to run at your venue.

Every method below travels. We match the station to your crowd, your power, and your load-in, then produce it live at the table. Here is what the crew can bring and what each method is best for.

Live DTF heat pressing

Our core on-site method. Full-color, photo-quality transfers pressed onto shirts, hoodies, and totes in seconds — unlimited colors, no screens, machine-washable. Best for high-volume lines and detailed art.

Embroidery

Portable stitching for caps, beanies, and jackets. Slower per piece but premium — ideal for name drops, monograms, and gift-suite pieces where texture sells the item.

Patch application

Guests pick embroidered or leather patches heat-applied to hats, totes, and jackets. A hands-on station that draws a crowd and personalizes fast.

Laser engraving

Clean, permanent marks on tumblers, bottles, and hard goods. Great for premium giveaways and executive gifting where a printed logo would feel cheap.

UV DTF hard-goods

Peel-and-press UV transfers wrap bottles, tumblers, and rigid swag in vivid graphics — a fast way to customize drinkware on-site.

Screen printing

For long single-design runs where the classic look matters, we can bring screen setups. Most events lean DTF for speed and color, but the option is there when a run demands it.

Blanks we run

Garments and goods the crew stocks.

We source and stage inventory so the right sizes and styles are on the table when doors open. Common picks:

  • Bella+Canvas 3001 — the go-to soft retail tee for events
  • Gildan 5000 & 18500 — durable, budget-friendly tees and hoodies for big lines
  • Richardson 112 trucker caps and Flexfit fitteds for hat and patch stations
  • Canvas totes, tumblers, and bottles for eco favors and drinkware

Bringing your own blanks or a sponsor's product? We press on those too — just flag it in the walk-through so we test the material first.

Pick the mix

Most events run two stations side by side.

A DTF apparel line paired with a hat-and-patch bar covers the widest range of guests and keeps two queues moving at once. We help you choose the combination that fits your footprint and crowd.
