Las Vegas convention and hospitality events are a regular travel stop for Merch Troop. We plan the drive, the load-in, and the on-site production so a Strip activation or a convention-center booth runs as smoothly as a local one.
Vegas means big convention halls, hotel event spaces, and high-energy activations — venues with serious foot traffic and strict load-in logistics that reward planning the circuits and queue in advance.
As a travel destination, Vegas events include a travel fee and a bit more lead time, but the on-site experience is identical: presses, blanks, and crew rolled in and running a live line.
Trade shows and conventions are the sweet spot here — a live printing booth is one of the loudest draws on a Vegas show floor, turning badge scans into branded swag that walks the whole hall.
